I was so elated to be a part of this project. I was hired as the interior architect. I designed all of the millwork, entryways, built-ins, fireplaces, closets, baths and cabinets except for the kitchen cabinetry. This is an extraordinary house. The original cape was torn down, and an 11,000 square foot dream home is now emerging. The property is four acres on the ocean in Cumberland Foreside. The guest cotage has been built, and the clients are currently living in it until the main house is finished. The grounds, stone walls, and rare materials all come together to make a one -of-a-kind home.
